For the past 30 years, Colo has served Class I, Regional, Short Line railroads, municipalities and industrial clients. Our area of concentration is the greater Midwest. We have developed many close relationships with our customers and enjoy working more as a partner in executing MOW projects. More often than not, we get calls from our customers before the bid.
